Minnesota House backs immigrant driver licenses

The Democrats are working hard to reel in more voters.

The Minnesota House has approved a bill to allow all state residents to obtain driver's licenses regardless of their immigration status.

The 75-52 vote Friday fell largely along party lines, but with a couple Republicans crossing over to join the Democratic majority.

House Majority Leader Ryan Winkler says the bill would make Minnesota roads safer because immigrants who can't show that they're in the country legally will gain an incentive to learn the rules of the road and carry insurance.

Despite liberals trying to ramrod legislation, we have the only divided legislative body in the entire country.
Probably won't see the light of day, but Senate Dems are trying to attach it to a key transportation bill in the State since it wont stand on its own.

But it is great publicity stunt for them. They know that there are some immigrants that wants their illegal immigrant partner to be able to drive. But these immigrants doesn't know the law. That the law says that you must go through the process. You can't hand out driver licenses to unregistered immigrants. You cannot even give it to anyone that is born here without a birth-certificate or any other government documents that is verifying who that person is. They knows that if that law goes through, that there will be many people that will be possessing more than one identification. But there will not be anymore identity theft, because they will not have to prove to the government with an official government document anymore to get another i.D. And so the Dems just want their votes. They are just lying to the public, knowingly, once they are in. That the public will go back to their daily lives not caring if the Dems will not keep their campaign promises like always.
