Many pieces have been written concerning the communists' agendas, especially Russia's plans and agendas. I remember reading pieces back in the mid 60's through the early 70's that basically said nuclear war wasn't the answer to defeat the west, rather a socioeconomic collapse would accomplish communist goals. As of today, it looks as though someone had a crystal ball back then. A close look reveals that we are a nation much divided along social and economic lines, and our government operates on debt. We have become more dependent than ever on global markets and global trade. For the most part, diplomacy and sanctions have replaced war, and the economic ties keeps us co-existing within the a global framework. Independence ( nation from nation ) is basically a misnomer considering the network of country to country dependency as a modern day necessity.

In todays world of global dependency, defeat doesn't require a single shot to be fired, nor are nuclear weapons necessary. Basically, all that's necessary to defeat an enemy in todays co-dependent world, is to influence the internal collapse of a nation, both it's social and economic structure. Wars are expensive, as we've discovered in Viet Nam, Iraq, and in Afghanistan. Wars can cause a vast number of internal problems for a nation. Wars can divide the citizens, create long term national debt, and promote anti-government sentiment, all of which are destructive.

Of course, we have no way of knowing at this time if our many socioeconomic woes were, or are, the results of outside influences meant to destroy us from within. Our government would never admit it, even it were later found out to have some merit or truth to it. It does cause one to consider the possibilities, especially if we look closely at the circumstances surrounding our nearly 50 years of steady socioeconomic decline. I'm sure that the subject could be debated, with both the promoters and deniers of the idea having legitimate grounds to stand on. In my opinion, the talk of a "one world government", or a "one world order", is not out of the realm of possibility as a motive for equalization of nations. In other words, defeat or compromise the strongest military and economic power, thus allowing the weaker nations to move closer to the point of equalization.

Russia and China are two powers that would love to compromise our military superiority, as well as create economic havoc within our commerce structure. Regardless of propaganda that may lead some to believe otherwise, those two nations are not our friends. Both nations would love nothing more than to be "numero uno", both militarily and economically. So, has there been outside influences over the past 50 plus years, directed towards attacking the U.S. with internal manipulation of our social and economic structure? If so, could we prove it? Does our government know the answer? And, of course, without proof that it has taken place, or is taking place, it's mere fodder for conversation and debate.

Keep electing lawyers with socialist backgrounds and pretty soon America will be unrecognizable. Our president currently has his ACLU lawyers screwing up the justice department and screwing up the FBI and the CIA.


Funny how quickly we can become nearly everything listed in the OP.

However, there are still a few things left for them to mess up and Germany has gone back to being one nation, so that is a major defeat for Communism, if only a temporary one. They still control their economy.

Russia and China are two powers that would love to compromise our military superiority, as well as create economic havoc within our commerce structure. Regardless of propaganda that may lead some to believe otherwise, those two nations are not our friends. Both nations would love nothing more than to be "numero uno", both militarily and economically. So, has there been outside influences over the past 50 plus years, directed towards attacking the U.S. with internal manipulation of our social and economic structure? If so, could we prove it? Does our government know the answer? And, of course, without proof that it has taken place, or is taking place, it's mere fodder for conversation and debate.

Keep electing lawyers with socialist backgrounds and pretty soon America will be unrecognizable. Our president currently has his ACLU lawyers screwing up the justice department and screwing up the FBI and the CIA.

However, there are still a few things left for them to mess up and Germany has gone back to being one nation, so that is a major defeat for Communism, if only a temporary one. They still control their economy.

I understand. But, I don't vote for, nor elect lawyers to serve in government, at any level.
