The endemic corruption of Democrat run helllholes is the reason for this. Democrat police departments are notoriously dependent of shaking down poor folks in minority neighborhoods to fund themselves.

I do not think any church should hold indoor services now....but parked in their cars and listening via radio is a good way for them or anyone now to operate withing the confines of the recommendations for social distancing.
