This new law will provide room for compromise with the Libs on the AR15 issue.

One side, the libs, want to outlaw the weapon. The other side, conservatives, want to mandate ownership of the weapon.

How about a compromise? If you don't want to own an AR15, you can be excused. On the other hand, if you do want to own one, you are not bound by any ban of the weapon?
