The English, Prime Minister Cameron for example, follow the concept that ISIS is not a religion. It only cherrypicks centuries-old texts to contend that just doing that: Makes ISIS the leader of the entire Moslem faith. Moslem scholars do not follow the ISIS claim. There is an intervening, nearly 1400 year gap between revelations, for example. Dr. Ben Carson, in fact, wants some Moslem organizations to lose tax-exempt status. Dr. Carson does not, however, seem to trust the Moslem faith in general--responsible for the famous Medieval tolerance of differing views in Moslem Spain. Then going further, listening to Trump or Senator Cruz thump the Democrats for following the Moslem Scholars, and the English: Anyone has to wonder if GOP thinks that ISIS is I.R.S. tax-exempt(?) Neither Trump nor Cruz are referring to the famous medieval tolerance of Moslem Spain, in framing their appeals about how they should be regarded in the USA. To be fair, neither is Kasich, Carson, Christie, Paul, Fiorina, and the rest of the game-show, comedy cast. There is a Bush who is sometimes, thought one of them. Definitely one of them, never went to class--if at least enrolling in a school--which seems to allow that(?).
Islamic scholars conclude again that Islamic State is not Islamic, ignore Qur’anic teachings on which it bases its case

So in the manner of following a particular religion's practices, but claiming faith in some other not regarded the religion, then likely the Democrats have it right. Dr. Ben Carson might tend to agree with them. If Mohammed was visited by Gabriel in the year 610, and the various Brotherhoods started to emerge about 1928: Mostly anyone easily would say that Old-Time Religion might actually qualify, but that newer groups need a more unequivocal and complete basis in the Original Old-Time faith. 1.5 bil. followers, majority in 47 nations, tend not to regard even remotely: ISIS as their leading faith organization. Then following along their basically secular tactics--in many respects similar to kamikaze desperation: The Press Corps and GOP may want to take issue, but likely the IRS is not about to call them a Moslem sect.

People do forget, that some of us from the '60's: Knew a thing or two about dodging the draft! Senator McCain actually went, but did manage to sit behind the lines while 55,000 actually died. Anyone notices that people from at least one state, actually elect him to office. He actually buy, in yet another one.

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(Many, only a dozen loads from an OD--need no faith at all(?)!)

Scholars Win!

"Crow, James Crow: Shaken, Not Stirred!"
(Senator McCain soon able to take lead of followers, understanding smoke in other state(?)!)
