Most Admired Man in the USA

The Great Obama has won 12 years in a row!
Quite an achievement when you consider that there was never anything to admire about him other than that he was the first black president.
I have no doubt that's all you saw.
lol That's all anyone saw.
If that were true, he wouldn't be the most admired man for 12 years.
Of course, it is. Given our horrendous race history in the US, the fact that the American people were able to elect a black man, even a nominally black man such as Obama, president was an enormous achievement and Americans were not going to slight their enormous achievement by recognizing that there was nothing admirable about him other than he was black, sort of.

And you think that laste 12 years, even beyond his presidency? Just how deep do you think white guilt runs?

White guilt and black pride are the very foundation of today's Democratic Party; that's what identity politics is all about.

America yearns for the great days of Obama leadership

Stable governing, no scandals, respected around the world.
According to the poll Americans are happy with President's Trump's leadership. What they miss about Obama is the feel good knowledgy the elected a black man, sort of, President in spite of all his failures.

The poll says nothing about Trumps leadership

He's the most admired man in America and it isn't because of his golf scores.

First these things are based primarily on name recognition second the person who would get my vote is Jack Wilson the man who stopped the shooting at West Freeway Church of Christ.

That’s because he cheats at golf

Yet you're the one making those claims, not Democrats. Democrats supported Obama for being honorable and respectable and for reversing the course of the crashing economy Bush handed him.

lol Bullshit. Democrats having lost their way ideologically under Clinton were excited that he was black, sort of, and that they could now redefine themselves as the champions of all people of color now that they were no longer the champions of the poor.

Utter nonsense as that was not actually something Democrats needed to redefine.

I'd vote for Jesus Christ, son of God. I would never vote for any politician for most admired.
