MSNBC said last night that Senators Rand Paul, Ted Cruz, Mike Lee, and Mitch McConnell are scared of a debate and won't allow a vote on gun control legislation.
No, the Democrats are scared of a Randpage and a Ted Cruz Missile. When have these gladiators ever been scared of a debate? Rand Paul has been confronting Federal bureaucrats and obliterating them in debates since 2010, Ted Cruz is a worldwide debate champion, former Solicitor General, and stood up to the U.N. to preserve our national sovereignty and helped win the Heller case for the 2nd Amendment.
Ted Cruz will slice Harry Reid, Feinstein, Sanders, or anyone else you throw at him.
Let's be clear, a filibuster will NOT stop a debate or a vote. It will simply delay the vote and force a 60 vote majority.
