In his extensive report, Special Counsel Robert S. Mueller notes that his investigative team did not “obtain or examine” the servers of the Democratic National Committee (DNC) in determining whether those servers were hacked by Russia.

Instead, Mueller’s assessment of the DNC’s allegedly hacked servers relied upon the investigations conducted by the FBI and other agencies. “The Office understands that the FBI, the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, and the states have separately investigated that activity,” reads Mueller’s report.

However, the DNC famously refused to allow the FBI to access its servers to verify the allegation that Russia carried out a hack during the 2016 presidential campaign. Instead, the DNC reached an arrangement with the FBI in which a third party company, CrowdStrike, conducted forensics on the server and shared details with the FBI.

Perkins Coie, the law firm that represented the DNC and Clinton’s campaign, helped draft CrowdStrike to work on the DNC’s allegedly hacked server.

On behalf of the DNC and Clinton’s campaign, Perkins Coie also paid the controversial Fusion GPS firm to produce the infamous, discredited anti-Trump dossier supposedly compiled by former British spy Christopher Steele.

Mueller’s report states that the GRU, the Main Directorate of the General Staff of the Armed Forces of the Russian Federation, “stole approximately 300 gigabytes of data from the DNC cloud-based account.”

It has been determined that it was impossible for the Russians to have remotely hacked the DNC server. It has been proven that the DNC server was accessed onsite and that someone within the organization was responsible.

The Mueller investigation:

1. Falsely stated that the DNC was hacked by the Russians.

2. Used the information in the fraudulent dossier paid for by the Clinton campaign as a basis for their investigation.

3. Refused to look into Stephan Halper, Joseph Mifsud and others.

4. Refused to investigate the 30,000 emails under subpoena illegally destroyed by the Clinton team.

1. Falsely stated that the DNC was hacked by the Russians.

If they didn't 'investigate' how do they know? Crystal Ball? Ouija board?.............

Soooo,

The basis of justifying the Mueller report was the Russian hacked DNC servers which Trump had no part in, the Russians stoutly deny, the DNC refused to turn over and the FBI never seized in order to even confirm for themselves upon which Mueller based his entire case for crawling up Trump's butt?

The plot thickens . . . . .

STAY TUNED for the next episode of: The Democrat's Stomach Churns.

CAN YOU IMAGINE if the GOP did this to Obama or Hillary?

Great post and I agree.

How do you investigate something when the DNC doesn't let you look at servers that were supposedly hacked??

Talk about brain dead.
