Well....from 2001-2014...77% of all people charged with murder had a common trait.

He didnt mention 77% of murders here being done by black folk.

BIG surprise there. St. Louis City finished 2014 with 159 murders. Almost all of them black killed by other blacks. There were another 25 or 30 killed in St. Louis County and adjacent counties.
