Nope. I am using the words in your OP. I specifically said it was stupid to raise MW to $200/hr because thats not the level needed to get rid of poverty. You made the silly suggestion and now youre mad because I shot it down with common sense and reality. Your OP was a logical fallacy from the start specifically because it was based on retarded and easily defeated logic. If you truly wanted an honest discussion you wouldnt have tried to advance such a stupid suggestion.Says the guy that lied and said he wasnt the one that mentioned raising the MW to $200/hour even though I just quoted it from the OP.Blow yourself. These are your words from your OP.Your OP was a logical fallacy from the start. Anyone dumb enough to suggest raising MW to $200 as a way to prove raising MW doesnt work is an idiot and not being honest.
Blow me. That wasn't suggestion of the OP. That's your strawman. Smoke it yourself.
" I assume this is because they believe there is some downside to minimum wage, some reason to not raise it to $200/hr, but it seems they never want to talk about what that reason might be"
Basically you and the other idiot argument goes like this.
A man thats 6ft tall and cant swim will drown in 3ft of water because if we raise the water to 12ft he will die.
Nope. You're still strawmanning. Piss off.
Fuck your trolling ass. You're trying to inject a bunch of shit from other arguments you're having on the topic. I'm making no value judgments at all about minimum wage in this thread. I'm simply trying to get to the point that we can have an honest discussion of minimum wage laws, the tradeoffs involved and how raising the minimum will impact society. Clearly that's a discussion you want to avoid and derail. Why?
