In a judicial sense Roe v Wade doesn't make sense and that's the scary part for abortion supporters. That's why it could be overturned because it has no solid Constitutional basis. Lee likened Roe v Wade to the Dread Scott decision. Somehow the S.C. majority found a "right to privacy" that did not exist in the Constitution and used it to justify the killing of the unborn.

I think democrats are using Roe v Wade as a scare tactic. It probably won't even be taken up by the S.C. All conservatives want is a fair shake by outlawing the horrific late term or partial birth abortion procedure and denying taxpayer funding to an organization that promotes abortion and allegedly sells body parts but democrats won't give in an inch.
