Do you have a source for that? I don't believe it.Probably conclusive evidence of water at one time on Mars.
...there is water on mars now, just in the polar caps as ice. NASA also revealed actual flowing water in polar caps in 2015
The poles are covered with DRY ICE (frozen carbon dioxide) not water, though there IS water on Mars, but the poles are CO2 "snow"
