NATO training center and weapon station destroyed by Russian missile.

I understand the contradiction... But it puts us in a very bizzarro position. What does NATO (and us by treaty) do now? Bend over for Putin?
NATO bent over the minute they said no boots on the ground in Ukraine. Anyone who was paying attention knew that from the start. The West hoped that Russia would rush in, take Kiev, get a garbage peace deal, then a twenty year insurgency to bleed out the Russians. Putin said, NYET. Ukraine will be punished, already has been, but when this is said and done, what's left of the Ukraine will not be fit to become a NATO country for decades.

The sonofabitch stole the election and now he is a weak stupid cowardly assclown that is doing his best to destroy this country by turning into a Socialist shithole like most of the rest of the world
In fact I liked Trump, can't even say for what, but Trump or Biden, what's happening now in Ukraine was going to happen anyway. Zelensky's nuclear babbling was the last straw that broke Putin's patience and no Trump could unbreak it, however strong you might think he is.

Are we very sure that the Ukrainians were not doing the Palestinian war dance with those Structures? A hospital is a hospital until you launch a rocket from its roof....same thing with a school or some other civilian structure.

I don't know for sure but the idea that dumb munitions are totally to blame doesn't strike me as being credible.

JO
Russia has shown itself willing to hit civilian targets in Syria and Chechnya. Given that, and the huge amount of devastation in Ukraines civilian areas I have no reason to think they have changed. Putin hasno qualms about killing people.

That's simply one strategy of fighting a war. The US spent over 20 years in two countries without 'winning' and trying not to target civilians, yet in both countries civilians died in their thousands. The double standards going on these days is rather sickening.

In time.
Once Ukraine has been dealt with, Russia can cut off exports to Turkey and Europe, causing the inflation to worsen even more.
You would be destroying your own economy in the process. OccupTions get pretty expensive as do sanctions.

NATO protection-racket puppet-mercenaries are fair game in Ukraine.

Konashenkov: "Naemniki po mezhdunarodnomu humanitarian pravdu ne iavliautsia kombatantami i ne imeiut prava ne status voennoplennogo.
Mercenaries under international humanitarian law are not combatants and are not entitled to prisoner of war status."

They don't hide behind civilians like your friends do so to preserve those same Ukrainian civilians they take their time methodically taking out pockets of futile resistance. There's no hurry. Americans couldn't take Bagdad in a month even with their scorched earth tactics, Ukraine is the second largest country in Europe and we don't shoot at unarmed people like you are used to.

Who is we?

And Russia has killed thousands of innocent people.

Won't happen.
If Russia misbehaves Turkiye will close shipping routes for Russia through the Straits for anything that looks remotely Russian - be it civilian or military ships.
85.000 ships each year transit Meditarenean to Black Sea and vice-versa, lots of them ships essential for Russian trade or Russian military presence in Syria, Libya and Africa.

Then inflation worries in Turkiye is least of worries for Russia.

And Russia will impose sanctions on Turkey and send your prices skyrocketing. That's why Erdogan is smart enough not do sanction Russia, not that Turkey is in any position. If you close the bosporus, Russia will just ship stuff through the Pacific Ocean , there are straits connecting the black and Aral sea to the Ocean on the north.

"Then inflation worries in Turkiye is least of worries for Russia."

It should be Turkeys worry because they are the ones who suffer from it not us. Last time i checked, inflation in Turkey was over 54% and Erdogan does his best to conceal the numbers.

End of May I'll be in Antalya, Turkiye for 2 weeks, all-inclusive holiday.
Just like millions of Ukrainians (2 million) and Russians (5 million) book.
This year it'll be interesting to see Ukrainians and Russians in the hotels.
In previous years they got along.

Thats because your currency is so worthless that people exploit the currency exchange for a cheap holiday.

Tourism alone wont save that ailing country though.

We are the Russians, my friend!

And all of them were hiding in hospitals, schools and kindergartens, right?

Nope, he has shelled neighborhoods, hospitals, everything. Are you trying to justify shelling civilian maternity hospitals? You fucking Russian scumbag?

So what is your point?

We're not at that point, right ?
That's why I said "if Russia misbehaves" because you implied Russia could be cutting energy-supplies to Turkiye to increase the inflation there.
Slow down, fella !

And continental "shipping routes" using rivers throughout Russian territory are just there for small-tonnage ships.
I assume even a 1.000 tonnes Corvette will get stuck the first miles or get damaged using those river-routes, let alone sailing all the way to Pacific by "land".
Now imagine all those big container-ships carrying all kinds of goods from oil to grain !

Russia has plenty of shipyards in the North and the East of Russia, so large cargo ships can supply Russia as always.

Russia can do more than make your energy expensive. Turkey imports the Majority of its wheat from Russia and Sun flower Oil from Ukraine.

When sanctiong Turkey and vice versa, Turkey will suffer in the long-term as Turkey imports way more than they export.

All sounds so easy when I read your posts.
in 2nd picture Russia reaches Suez, Mid-East, Africa at least 14 days earlier than 1st picture, it has economical aspects as well.
Russia also passes less hostile countries' territorial waters.

That would make things certainly harder, but it is a price that Russia is willing to pay and can pay.
