According to a witness: told to get out of cafeteria, and out of the office. Then were escorted out of building. No gun shots heard. They heard them in 2013. Says access has been stricter. Still no weapons allowed to be carried in building by anyone other than security, as before 2013.

CNN another office building 3-4 blocks away outside the navy yard is being evacuated.

It seems that the whole thing was a false alarm.
All the police in the city were at the Navy Yard, so it would have been a great opportunity to rob or terrorize somewhere else.
