I don't hold out much hope for them but the American people, and a very few politicians have surprised me in the past.
Yes, in a way....... The real problem is the hard right and the hard left will be very reluctant to give up control of the system to anyone, even (and especially) moderates.Hope & Change Part II ... ?!
Hope & Change Part II ... ?!
What fun would a lot of centrists be? Politics should always be ...
Peaceful is boring ... if it's boring, we don't watch them ... if we don't watch them .. they sell us all down the river.
Keep politics extreme!
Given that both parties have codified into law their supremacy, the challenge is going to either party and asking pretty please, may we form our own party? We promise to never be a real threat to you.The GOP can't afford to let Trump leave them and go indie, and the Democratic Party is now dead as a majority of any kind, it's split among its assorted loony bin of sexual deviants, sociopaths, and racist demographics, and run by American hating racist traitors and criminals at the top who advocate 'ethnic cleansing' and Islamic genocides.
A 'Third Party' might have a chance if the moderate Trump decides he no longer needs to pander to GOP traitors and criminals and goes with his own Party. The challenge is in raising the money to challenge all the Congressional and Senate races in 50 states, as well as governorships and various state level offices. Don't see that kind of money flowing into 'third parties', when Wall Street and the corporations are happy with the status quo. You're going to have to start Constitutional Amendment drives to take the money out of politics and the media first to have a chance.
