THis is a lie. She already had 2 devices.

2) Vast majority of emails went to gov't employees so emails were captured.
Irrelevant. We're concerned with the ones that werent.

3) State Dept asked for copies of work related emails. She provided all her work related emails, even though State had vast majority of them.
This is a lie.
She decidded not to keep personal emails.
This is a lie. Those emails were not personal but were to, e.g. Sydney Blumenthal.
4) ASked Statre Dept to make all work related emails public. This is a lie. WE know she blocked release.
