I admit there is little difference, but the reason behind the EO's is an issue. Timing was not important to Obama, he just wanted to be King and work around Congress. For Trump, the issue is getting things done quickly and keeping his promises. You have to admit, that with Soros's protestors, it is hard to imagine working with the other side.
