New Strategy From Rittenhouse Defense Team; He Was Just Hunting

the mans trials are comining up. the defense is trying to get him out the illegal arms violation.
So he's admitting he was hunting black people?

In what world does that help him at trial?

Their claim is that there is gray-area in the law where as long as the gun is not technically this type of gun or that type of gun..and if the gun was made on a Tuesday, but no later than Friday.....and if, and if, and if.....

Bottom line is.....the guy will most likely get off because as long as you do shit like this in the name of upholding the conservative status quo...you will always be viewed in the best light.....

Now Kyle may have been secure in knowing he can walk past the cops like this....after shooting 2 people...

But a 12 yr old black child with a toy has less than 1.5 seconds before he is shot dead......
im tired of peoople thinking pellot and bb guns are toys. they are not. they kill just like every other weapon. and kids shouldnt have them.

Attorneys for Kyle Rittenhouse, the Illinois teenager who fatally shot two people during a protest in Wisconsin last year, are trying to get the misdemeanor charge for possession of a deadly weapon dismissed by invoking hunting laws.
Assistant District Attorney Thomas Binger encouraged the defense to tell a jury that Rittenhouse was hunting on the night he shot two Black Lives Matter demonstrators.
“They can submit evidence that the defendant had a certificate to hunt and he was engaged in legal hunting on the streets of Kenosha that night,” Binger said, according to the newspaper.

As previously reported by theGrio, the teenager from Antioch, Illinois traveled across state lines, armed with what has been described as a “long gun,” purportedly to help support law enforcement and protect public property amid protests over Jacob Blake. Blake was an unarmed Black man who was shot in the back by police.

...Blake was a dumbass jackass that was a threat to the kids ......Rittenhouse was ATTACKED by the apes

..if someone is attacking /coming after him, how can that not be self defense?
There can be several reasons. Example if you throw sticks and stones at somebody, and they then attack you, it's not self defense.

Damn..you sure like trolling! What has that to do with Kyle having an illegal gun, across state line, at the age of 17?

As for Jacob Blake..what kids was he a threat to...as he reached into his car? Not that it matters,,this thread is not about that either, now is it?
