They don't get no stranger than this one. A couple of days ago the C.O. at Lackland A.F. Base , Lt. Col William Schroeder was gunned down by an A.F. Sgt who subsequently shot himself. For some reason the identity of the shooter was kept secret and now it's revealed that the shooter was a former FBI agent Steven Bellino who resigned the FBI after two years and joined the Air Force as an enlisted man. Since it's all Trump on the mainstream news nobody is speculating on this truly bizarre case.

This is the big difference when criminal incidents happen involving military vs other public services like police. Military can just classify shit and keep it from public view. Or just tell the media no....and no one ever knows about it.

According to family on the base where it happened, he had a grievance with his commander.

Pretty slim evidence unless you want to bury the case. Why did Bellino resign from the FBI? Did he have a history of threatening superiors and did the FBI keep it a secret in a resignation deal? Did Bellino and Lt. Schroeder have some sort of history when Bellino was in the FBI? Did the FBI have a file on Lt. Col Schroeder? Are they positive Bellino took his own life?

He was facing an article 15, had undergone psych testing, and had been awol back in Aug for 10 days. He was a pararescue candidate. There was also one other individual present at the shooting.

I'm sure there's a really cool conspiracy theory you can gin up on this.

I don't think 'news black out' means what you think it means.
