no big deal just get your voters ID ... RIGHT ??? it won't cost ya

its the only way a republican can win and election .... make it harder for a person to vote .... hell its easy to get and ID whats the problem ...

It took Ethelene Douglas two out-of-state trips, four excursions to the Department of Motor Vehicles, and the purchase of government documents for $86, over the span of two years, in order to obtain the right identification to vote this week.

In the 85-year-old’s home state of North Carolina, there are about 218,000 registered voters who don’t have a government-issued photo ID that is now required to vote. Not all of them will have Ms. Douglas’ patience – or access to the necessary resources, and as primary voters head to the polls Tuesday, at least 864 voters across the state have already been curtailed by the newly enforced voter ID law during the previous week of early voting.

Opponents of voter-ID laws argue that the requirements unfairly affect minorities, students, and low-income residents – demographics that are much more likely to vote Democrat than Republican.

Yes the far left drones put up two old white people and calls it diversity!

Trump n kasich?

Cause the dems have a Jew and woman running . That'd be100% diversity ticket.

And not everyone lives in the city they were born in.

The hospital will FEDEX your birth certificate to you, numskull.

Where do they do that? Hospitals are not the keepers of official government issued birth certificates .

It depends on the state.

That's where I got a copy of mine a few years back
Most hospitals keep birth certificates for only a year or so.

That's pure bullshit. You can get a driver's license with a birth certificate and a utility bill in almost every state I've ever been in. To get a birth certificate all you have to do is call up the hospital where you were born. They will send it to you. It doesn't require travel of any kind.

Then why can't u vote wh those same identifiers ?
In North Carolina all one needs is a state ID either a drivers license or State issued id. All one needs is a birth certificate or proof of who you are and a piece of ID proving where you live like a bill sent to your house.

From the OP link:

In September 2012, Douglas’s niece, Clara Quick, took her to the DMV in Laurinburg, North Carolina, to get a state photo ID. Douglas was told she needed a copy of her birth certificate to get an ID. So they traveled across the state line to Dillon, South Carolina, where Douglas was born, to find her birth certificate. But the government office there said she needed a photo ID to get a birth certificate, and Douglas was caught in a seemingly unresolvable catch-22. (This account comes from an affidavit Quick filed in federal court.)

Her niece called the South Carolina’s Vital Records office, paid $17 for an expedited birth certificate, but still couldn’t get one. Instead, she was told to find her aunt’s marriage certificate, which was in Bennettsville, South Carolina. After getting that, they made a second trip to the North Carolina DMV, but were once again told Douglas couldn’t get a photo ID because she didn’t have a birth certificate.

Horseshit. You need an ID to get a birth certificate? You actually expect anyone to believe that? I requested one over the phone and they sent it to me by FEDEX.

Voter ID does not stop the types of voter fraud which occur. In fact, every single example of voter fraud provided on this forum in all the years I have been here was not stopped, and could not be stopped, by Voter ID. In fact, almost every single example of voter fraud provided on this forum occurred in states which already have Voter ID.

So, rubes, you have to ask yourselves, "What is the REAL purpose of Voter ID?"

Hmmmmm?

You lie like a rug.....you do NOT get a copy of your birth certificate from the hospital you are born at....

When you apply in person, as this woman did, you need to provide photo ID. You wouldn't want some wetback to get your birth certificate, now would you?

Why would anyone apply in person without calling first? You're asking us to believe these people are so incompetent they can't perform the simplest tasks. Furthermore, to validate that you are indeed the correct person, they just ask you a few questions, like "what was your mother's maiden name" and "what's the date of your birth?"

To prevent voter fraud.

It doesn't. As has been demonstrated countless times.

So what is its REAL purpose, other than to waste a lot of taxpayer time and money?

Remember that negro woman who voted SIX TIMES for Obama all the Voter ID rubes like to parade out as evidence we need Voter ID?

She committed her fraud in a state which has strict Voter ID. BWA-HA-HA-HA-HA!

So what is the REAL purpose of Voter ID? Hmmmm?

It has been demonstrated countless times. You are a willfully blind monkey.

Every single example of voter fraud hauled out on this forum in the past five years by you Voter ID rubes has proven to have not been able to be caught or stopped by Voter ID.

Every. Single. One.

So what is the REAL purpose of Voter ID? Hmmmm?

Of course not. Like I always say... who the hell doesn't have an ID? You cannot function in life without one.
