That's what we thought would happen with Obamacare, but it passed through the courts, didn't it?
My point is simple: If the left loads the SCOTUS with enough "progressives", we'll only see more of the same type of legislation get approved, and the American people are screwed.
There will be a time, and I'm thinking in the not too distant future, when we can no longer depend on the Judicial Branch to protect our Constitutional rights.

The Supreme Court is headed by a "conservative" now...and it STILL upheld the individual insurance mandate part of Obamacare. In fact, Chief Justice Roberts actually wrote the opinion himself.

Your fears are unfounded and not based upon anything other than fearful speculation. For more than 200 years, the independent courts have safeguarded our liberties and there is no reason to suppose they won't continue to do so. It often takes time for issues to wind their way through the legal process, but the courts inevitably come down on the side of the Constitution.

Sounds like it may die in committee. However, I still can't any reference to an inspection in the bill. I did a key word search on the bill and couldn't find anything like an inspection. I'm beginning to think it's B.S.
