It really has nothing to do with the administrations per say. This is military. I would assume the POTUS knows but then again they hide alot of things from presidents so they have plausible deniability should something go down.

North Korea wouldn't last as long as Iraq did in the 96 hour war known as Desert Storm. It would be over with in a matter of days, because although they have a large military and some weapons (of which some is nuclear), they wouldn't stand a chance in hell against a couple of carriers and a squadron or two of Air Force bombers.

I'm wondering if they are referring to the Super EMP that was tested in Iran and later NK launched a missile testing what some believe was the Super EMP test run. According to some sources that technology is now there - Russia was the one behind it I am told - I will try to find some information on it for you but as I recall NK was present when they were testing it. What I recall was the Super EMP was the weapon they wanted to use to attack the USA prior to a nuclear attack so that USA would be incapable of any response, etc, Quorthon.
