You watch, listen to, and read to much MSM. Al Queda and ISIS are creations of Western intelligence and their overseas allies for their international foreiegn policy goals. For good or ill, sometimes these organizations get beyond our control, but for the most part, no, they don't want to kill us. That is all propaganda.

As far as the Taliban is concerned? No, they don't give a shit about America, they just want to rule their nation in peace and be left alone. At one time, they had the support of America. Then they drew our wraith because they allied with the proxies that we constructed to fight the Soviets who then went rogue because we had military bases where they claimed we shouldn't. But again, they never wanted to harm American civilians. That is all up for debate though.
