Americans, apparently aren't alone in their being violated by the NSA

The document outlines how the NSA bugged offices and spied on EU internal computer networks in Washington and at the United Nations, not only listening to conversations and phone calls but also gaining access to documents and emails.
The document explicitly called the EU a "target".

WADR, Snowden really wasn't a "hacker".
He was someone that was privy to and trusted with the information.

He handed it over willingly but now hides like the cowardly POS he is
