Just when democrats thought everything had gone to hell here comes ANOTHER.
The federal court has OVER RULED Obama and Holder as they sought to protect their hit list of conservative groups BOTH from Congress and the American public.
The court has ORDERED that the hit list drawn up by Lerner be given to the court AND made PUBLIC. Almost two hundred groups are on that hit list including Conservatives and Libertarians and yes Tea Party members. Eric Holder and the DOJ have already LOST one civil suit for half a million dollars for releasing private tax returns.
If Lerner invokes the 5th at this point expect criminal charges, same with Holder. IF and I say IF Obama pleads the 5th look for a very quick move toward impeachment.
Trey Gowdy already has his "John Dean" found and recorded about Hillary having her TOP four destroying records in the basement on a weekend. That one IS in the bag.
The release of Lerner's BOLO list will open the door to almost two hundred lawsuits from various groups. The court has found Eric Holder to be in violation of FEDERAL statute by hiding that list FROM the court AND Congress.
