Well there is no doubt that at least some of the weaponry that ISIS is using is American hardware that we had set up the Iraqi army with.

That is not the same as arming ISIS with US tanks and other weapons.

Now the ISIS is rolling about with US tanks and other heavy and modern weaponry, and it's public knowledge that Obama knowingly armed these jihadists, should be be arrested and tried for treason?

As previously mentioned, the CIA and Reagan trained Bin Laden and supplied weapons. Maybe Haliburton supplied Isis with the weapons, after all, they took jobs from our military, didn't care about the personal safety of contractors and they did not have to follow the Military Code of Justice. They were in Iraq a long time, wasted a lot of money. Maybe Isis obtained the weapons that way. Haliburton could have sold Isis the weapons, after all they only cared about money.

there is little doubt that the US under Obama has supplied weapons to the ME insurgencies. The question is why would we do that. Yes, Reagan helped the mujahedeen in Afghanistan. Even though we knew them not to be boy scouts we saw them as freedom fighters against foreign invasion. Invasion by a country, that at the time was our sworn enemy. Who would have thought that in less then 10 years we would have a president that turned those who were are allies into hated enemies. Yes, folks that all happened under the person I consider the worse president in my lifetime, William Jefferson Clinton. Everything about him reeked of incompetence. Waco, OBL, "free" trade agreements. And everything he did lead to the disasters we see today. Sure you can blame Bush but Bush was only reacting to the situation he inherited from lying Bill.

Oh, and before someone brings up the economy under lying Bill, I will give him some credit for not screwing up the biggest peace time expansion of the economy started under Reagan. It took him 8 year but he did get the job done.
