That doesn't make much sense without a bit of context. You see, BLM and the Dallas PD had been through a peaceful march which was a cooperative effort between them, to dispel racial tension.

The shooter however was filled with nationalism and the typical gun-nut mannerphantasien. He didn't like their conciliation. Just like every other nationalist on the internet.
