I would prefer that all women learn some basic self defense and be able to choose the weapon(s) they are most comfortable using. Should they not wish to inflict deadly harm, they should use non-lethal forms of defense, and if they choose to utilize a firearm, they should only do so after deliberate thought. Right, women take self defense classes to fight off the rapist and mace or stun gun them and leave them to get away for another day to return and finish the job with a gun or rape someone else, maybe your female relative or female friend or other victim. Stun the rapist until police arrive which he committed no crime except minor offense because no proof of rape, bail out in weeks back on the street to try getting revenge and stalking you with a surprise attack and gun or go off to rape and kill someone else. The problem with liberals is that every life is precious, even the rapist, except the victims.
