He has no problem appointing a NEW Judge however because its required.

It probably isn't every dy that a Supreme Court judge dies while in office. The fact Obama doesn't want to or cant find the time to attend a funeral, means he is doubling down on the hate. This guy really sucks more than I thought he did.

It's profoundly offensive to both the Italian community and republicans and decent Americans who care about Constitutional law that the president refuses to make an appearance at the funeral for a Justice of the Supreme Court but the media reports it without comment.
