Obamas so called deal with Iran REQUIRES we give them a 24 DAY notice for any inspection!

Again.....please read.

How the Iran Deal s Snap Back Mechanism Will Keep Tehran Compliant The Diplomat

"Where the United States preserved unique leverage–and immunity from a Russian or Chinese veto against resuming old UN Security Council sanctions–is the next step. If the Security Council doesn’t act in 30 days, all of the pre-JCPOA nuclear-related sanctions on Iran come back into place automatically. Basically, the U.S. and the EU states in the P5+1 can veto ongoing sanctions relief but Russia and China can’t veto a return to the status quo ante. A scenario where Iran is non-compliant with the JCPOA yet escapes the old sanctions simply won’t be possible.

The innovative nature of this mechanism is a testament to the work of the nuclear negotiators who’ve been slaving away over all-nighters to produce a deal that’s not dead-on-arrival when it reaches the various national legislatures. "

what does that mean?

It means that action by the security council is not needed to reinstate sanctions.

Duh!

I'm going to stop this clown car right here and say the OP is full of shit.

The agreement states continuous monitoring. The only inspections which require a request for access are those of military sites.

So the claim that 24 days notice is required for "ANY" inspection is manufactured bullshit.

"Obamas so called deal with Iran REQUIRES we give them a 24 DAY notice for any inspection!"

Thread fail.

IAEA inspectors can detect the presence of fissionable materials well after 24 days.

You're an ignorant, ridiculous partisan hack.

“I hate Obama” is not a legitimate 'criticism' of the accord with Iran.

Inspectors from the global nuclear watchdog, the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA), will continuously monitor Iran's declared nuclear sites and also verify that no fissile material is moved covertly to a secret location to build a bomb.

Iran has also agreed to implement the Additional Protocol to their IAEA Safeguards Agreement, which will allow inspectors to access any site they deem suspicious.

As part of their investigation into the possible military dimensions of Iran's nuclear programme, IAEA inspectors will also be able to request visits to military sites. However, access is not guaranteed and could be delayed.

Graham: President Obama about to 'unleash hell on the Mideast'

By Peter Sullivan

Sen. Lindsey Graham (R-S.C.) says President Obama is about to "unleash hell" on the Middle East through a nuclear deal with Iran.

Graham, a leading critic of Obama's foreign policy who might run for president, said Arab states and Israel are not going to allow Iran to have a nuclear capability checked only by the United Nations.

"So Obama is about to unleash hell on the Mideast," he said on the "Hugh Hewitt Show." "He’s about to create a nuclear arms race by wanting a deal with the Iranians so badly that he’s about to make the mistake of a lifetime."

Graham is a major proponent of congressional efforts to pass new sanctions that would take effect if Iran walks away from negotiations, a move the Obama administration opposes as imperiling the talks.

(CNSNews.com) – Secretary of State John Kerry on Tuesday played down concerns that Iran will use the windfall from sanctions relief under the nuclear agreement to boost sponsorship for terrorists, suggesting that groups like Hezbollah do not benefit all that much from Iranian financial support in the first place.

The notion that the $100 billion which Iran will obtain “is going to make all the difference in the world is just – it’s not true,” Kerry told the BBC in Vienna after the Iran nuclear agreement was announced. He was responding to a question about concerns that Iran could use funds gained through sanctions relief to increase support terrorists.

“What Iran has done for years with Hezbollah does not depend on money,” he said, in reference to the Lebanese Shi’ite group, a U.S.-designated foreign terrorist organization. Similarly, he said, Iran’s controversial activities in Yemen and Iraq have not “depended on money.”

“Sure, something may go additionally somewhere,” Kerry continued. “But if President [Hasan] Rouhani and his administration do not [use the money to] take care of the people of Iran, they will have an enormous problem.”

He said it was the U.S. intelligence community analysis that whatever amount of money accrued by Iran “that finds its way somewhere, is not the difference in what is happening in the Middle East.”

You aren't stopping shit. We've already determined that your opinion is mostly worthless except to the far left nuts on this site.
But please continue with your delusion, it's comical to watch

Are you shitting me? Then on top of that Iran gets another 14 days to consider the request?

Obama is such an amateur
Nope only military installations 24 hours notice , all nuke facilities 24/7 and no notice
24 hour notice that comes with a total 24 day "arbitration"
PS. I think you missed a spot, right there on your chin

possible 24 days. now, do you have reason to believe that a site that would be under surveillance for that time would be able to remove the nuclear material and all traces within that time frame?

what time frame would you have found acceptable? do you acknowledge that it's unrealistic to expect any country to allow immediate access to military installations?

We played this God damn game with North Korea. Are you a sucker or do you possess the ability to learn as you go?
And Iran is much more a problem for EVERYONE than NK ever dreamed of being

Do USMB nutters think a nuclear weapon can be made in 24 days?

Do these rubes think that giving Iran 24 days notice before inspecting a facility that has never previously linked to nuclear materials is giving them the time needed to build a nuclear weapons capability?

Shit......the stupid.

This 'Deal' will likely lead to conflict. Why should Iran be forced to submit to inspections? The U.S. and other Nuclear Powers aren't. Every Nation has the right to develop Nuclear capabilities. And that includes military applications.

So It'll likely lead to another horrific Iraq mess. But it is a sweet deal for Iran right now. It demanded respect, and it's gotten it. It's now a respected member of a very small elite Nuclear Club. Untouchable... For now.

No, every country does not have the right to develop nuclear capabilities just like criminals don't have the right to own guns.
