Court of Appeals grants ex-GRPD officer Schurr’s request for leave to appeal
The Michigan Court of Appeals has granted a request from ex-Grand Rapids Police Department officer Christopher Schurr’s legal team to appeal a motion to quash a bind-over order.

That;s what a blind over order is . The judges decision this case has enough proof to go to trail. That is what there appealing. Trial is set for October 24 unless the appeal works.
