They obviously do. The Four leftwing stooges on the court will uphold the Democrat position no matter what the facts are. The legal system of the entire country is subject to the whim of one man, Anthony Kennedy, who thinks he's qualified to define "love."
If it wasn't up for a vote, then why did Kennedy feel the need to mention it?
