That means the trip $100 mil. You think it will do a god damn thing for women's education in the backwaters of North Africa? Not a chance. $90 mil will be funneled through to the country elite class's bank account. $10 mil left will be funneled down the pipe. While in the pipe the vultures will pick at it to line their own pockets. Once it finally gets to the target group, which is funding women's education it will be pennies. A few mud huts will be he outcome.
