These are paid internet trolls that tries to sway a person to stop tweeting. And or to drown out the person true supporters. They are being paid to manipulate the account user's mind. And to block communication between the public and the user. It is a PSYOP operation that is going on to harass the President. To sway him into doing what they want him to do. And to prevent him from trying to stop it.

The most active Twitter users are responsible for the vast majority of content posted on the platform while the median Tweeter rarely posts anything, according to a study published Wednesday by the Pew Research Center.
Among U.S. adults, 10% of users create 80% of the content on the website. The median user, meanwhile, posts two tweets a month and “favorites” only one tweet a month, the study has found. The nonprofit center also found that Twitter users are better educated and more likely to be Democrats than the general public while the site’s most prolific users tend to be women.
The findings come one day after Twitter CEO Jack Dorsey met with President Trump, one of the platform’s loudest users, in the Oval Office. Neither the company not the president provided details about their discussion, but both said the meeting was constructive despite Trump’s earlier attacks on the website.
