The whole thing was a setup to cause problems for Trump. Fortunately America didn't buy it. Most of us are smart enough to see through the charade.We all knew it was wrong. Entrapment then abuse of power to manufacture long sentences for many of them invited in thru open doors. The real criminals were working in or for the GOVT to begin busting windows and climbing walls and enticing people who were already upset about the stolen 2020 election to get caught up in it. Even the worst have done enough time. Compared to ANTIFA or BLM burring GOVT buildings all thru 2020 or worse.

Let's do a wrap on all of the above.
First, for those above who are claiming 'enticement', or 'just walked around', or a 'set up' ...well, prove it.
To date you haven't.
But do so, to garner any credibility.
Beyond that, today's Supreme's decision effects very very few of the more than 1,400 people convicted to date (more to come though). Only 246 convicts qualified, however, even most of those 246 had other felonies. So in the narrow circumstance applicable to those 246 they still have felony convictions that carry consequences. Consequences that America requires be properly punished.
So be it.
So no, this decision is not a Get Outta Jail Free card.
The get out of jail comes in Jan. '25.
