After the major fighting is over, of course there could be a Hamas 2, and that is why Israel must remain in Gaza for the foreseeable future, to prevent a Hamas 2.

The Palestinian Cause is the destruction of Israel: it always has been and there is every reason to think it always will be as long as these genocidal ambitions continue to be fed by UNRWA, UNHRC, UNESCO and other UN agencies. There simply is no rational basis for believing the Palestinians will ever be ready to live in peace with the state of Israel, so there is no rational basis in fact or logic to believe there can ever be a Palestinian state.
