Being Old Guard, she is 1 part Dogmatic, and 2 parts Pragmatist.

Meaning, she will make deals with the Devil himself if it gets her what she wants, and publicly pretend to blush about it later.

I know Trump is pretty bad, but I think calling him the devil, is going over the top.

The focus is is not the Imperial Cheeto, but Pelosi's willingness to make a deal with The Devil.

Obmacare went through the regular process, going from submitted bill, through the subcommittees, so the final form wasn't available before the final markups.

Compare to the house a nd senate repeal bills, that were written in a single subcomittee or by a select group of republicans without any input from 85% of congress.
