The story is fake news.... under Penn law, you can only register to watch a polling place, in the watchers own area district.....

The watcher, can only watch, in a designated ward, NOT ANY WARD IN PHILLY.

READ THE CERTIFICATE for WATCHERS at your link....

conveniently, this so called evidence produced to claim rejection, blacked out with magic marker, the WARD district, he was authorized to watch....making you believe anyone with a Watcher' s Certificate can be a watcher, anywhere in Philly, but by LAW they can not.

Also on that certificate your article linked, it says right on it, only 2 Watchers are allowed from each party in each voting district, and only one of those two, in an area where voters, are voting.

This voting place the guy went to, likely had its 2 person limit, at the polling place, or it was not the specified polling ward that he had permission and authority, to watch.

FALSE! How stupid can you be ?...to post something like this, when videos are all over the internet SHOWING the Republican poll watchers being blocked out. Some videos even show the Democrats inside the vote counting hall putting large white paper over the windows so the poll watchers could not look in from outside. ANd they're not even supposed to BE OUTSIDE, They're supposed to be INSIDE, watching the vote counters.

In some other voting halls they wouldn't even let the Republican poll watchers into the building at all - see the videos.

In other ones, they let them inside, buy they forced them to stay 20-50 feet away from the vote counters (so they they couldn't do their jobs of watching).

And no they did not black out the ward. The certificate is good for all of Philadelphia. Doesn't matter which ward it is. The black out is to conceal the poll watcher's ADDRESS. What's the matter ? You don't know what "residing at" means ?
