ANY state that hands over ballots and machines to unauthorized idiots like the Q-Kook Cyber Ninjas are BEYOND stupid. Now the national embarrassment of the Fraudit in AZ will be expensive.

Those ballots are forever ruined for further examination and all their voting machines will have to be decommissioned and replaced.

• But an audit that hasn't even happened yet is already a "sham" by you?

State repubs claimed that about 200, 000 votes were counted that exceeded the number of voters. Since the data was based on partial data according the Penn DOS, repubs conclusions was wrong. It did not include completed totals from several counties.

Bottom line Penn DOS certified the election results.

An audit is a partial review of data and a recount is a total review of the votes.
An audit is no better than a poll as one tries to predict an outcome based on limited data.

Having a case declined or dismissed on standing or time of filing is not losing a case on the facts of the evidence. As we are seeing now, it was impossible to know the full scope of the evidence or balloting in any fraction of the time slot allowed.

I do. Of the EVIDENCE. I don't care what some never-Trump claims he wrote in his notes last year during a private conversation written in an article making a claim they have no proof of, nor ever present (how the fraud charges are false). But apparently you do and are just looking for the first and easiest excuse to just turn your back on and ignore the evidence.
