It would seem that progressives in the general public have no problem threatening or even utilizing violence to justify their ends.

Let's use some real statistics instead of a poll:

So far this year, 384 people have been shot and killed in Chicago. 1828 people have also been shot and wounded.

I might be going out on a limb here with this statement, but I would be willing to bet that none of those shooters or victims believed in "conservative values", were Republicans, or agreed with the things I believe in.

But am I "peachy keen" with those murders? No.

Have the Democrats who run that city turned their backs on the problem? Yes.

Has Donald Trump who is a Republican, offered to send help to Chicago get a handle on their problem? Well there's your answer.

None of that changes what the results of the poll show. The poll may be inaccurate; I'm not trying to argue it is a perfectly accurate representation of the people in this country.
