He is being published on several sites and has been submitted to WUWT. Its readership is 100 times most journals. As most journals are gate kept the Blog has greater potential for getting the word out.

Ad hoc modeling is what set back Artificial Intelligience in the 70s and gave it a bad name. Seems like most of those successes were quite by accident and couldn't be tuned or even replicated.. Took 20 years to regroup and base their systems on firmer ground..
