The heck is this? This doesn't happen very often in the US but we can't afford for this to become common here. And the fact that this guy took advantage of getting to hide behind masks people should have seen coming.

It wasn't reported but from the extent of her injuries to her lips and mouth she wasn't wearing a mask. Was that the motive for the mask wearing madman? Is it possible that he was hunting for a person who wasn't wearing a mask to teach them a lesson? Stranger things have happened.
