BREAKING: Jared Kushner is blindsided with terrible news as one of the most powerful Republicans in Congress goes on live TV and speaks out against the shocking $2 billion investment bribe Kushner received from Saudi Arabia after the Trump administration ended.

It all started when James Comer — the Chairman of the feared House Oversight Committee — stated on CNN that Kushner "crossed the line of ethics" by raking in $2 billion from the Saudis.

There has long been credible speculation that the so-called "investment" was actually payback for favors the Trump White House did for the Saudis, like their ignoring the brutal murder of journalist Jamal Khashoggi.

Comer's remarks come in the wake of Chris Christie’s repeated attacks on Kushner for his Saudi blood money.

The Chairman tried to hedge his bets to avoid upsetting MAGA too much by spreading some conspiracy theories about President Biden's family, but the damage had already been done.

The cat is out of the bag. Republicans have now officially admitted that Kushner's deal was unethical, meaning he is fair game for investigation.

Now, when Democrats take back the House they have more than enough cause to launch a sweeping probe into Kushner's shady deals — and it seems highly likely that crimes will be uncovered.

BREAKING: Donald Trump is hit with a brutal Friday bombshell as lawyers from the prominent conservative Federalist Society publish a paper declaring that Trump MUST be banned from running for president “under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.”

But it gets WAY worse for Trump…

In their brutal paper, the Federalist Society lawyers accuse Trump of treason for “engaging in or gave aid and comfort to an insurrection against the constitutional government” when he incited the deadly January 6 insurrection as part of his failed coup attempt.

Adding insult to injury for Trump, the Federalist Society argues that Section 3 of the 14th Amendment — known as the insurrection clause — is "self-executing, operating as an immediate disqualification from office, without the need for additional action by Congress. It can and should be enforced by every official, state or federal, who judges qualifications. It covers a broad range of former offices, including the presidency. And in particular, it disqualifies former President Donald Trump, and potentially many others, because of their participation in the attempted overthrow of the 2020 presidential election.”

Last September, a New Mexico judge ordered the removal of a county commissioner who took part in the January 6 attack on the U.S. Capitol. The decision marked the first time since 1869 that a court disqualified a public official under Section 3 of the 14th Amendment.

Now, it appears that it may be used against Trump — the mastermind who orchestrated the insurrection.

BREAKING: Trump is hit with devastating news as Judge Tanya Chutkan announces that she will slap him with a protective order in order to stop him from attacking witnesses in his trial for trying to overturn the election by stealing Biden’s win.

But it gets WORSE for Trump…

In a brutal speech, Judge Chutkan declared that, “Mr. Trump, like every American, has a First Amendment right to free speech, but that right is not absolute. In a criminal case such as this one, the defendant’s free speech is subject to the rules.

Without a protective order, a party could release information that could taint the jury pool, intimidate witnesses or others involved in some aspect of the case, or otherwise interfere with the process of justice.”

According to CNN, “Chutkan had a pointed exchange with Trump attorney John Lauro about what the 2024 presidential contender should be allowed to say about the evidence that is turned over to him in the case.

“The fact that he is running a political campaign currently has to yield to the administration of justice,” the judge said. “And if that means he can’t say exactly what he wants to say in a political speech, that is just how its going to have to be. The defendant’s desire to conduct a campaign, to respond to political opponents, has to yield!”

At this point, Trump’s lawyer tried to argue that it’s impossible for Trump to continue to grow his presidential campaign without discussing the case, to which Chutkan replied, “The existence of a political campaign is not going to have a bearing” on how she handles the case. “I intend to keep politics out of this.”
