There is too little right wing media to have that much influence these days. It is rare for any Fox News program to have much over 3 million voters these days which is about 1% of the population. Ever since Rush died, conservative talk radio hasn't pulled near the audience it once did. About 1 out of every 200 or so newspapers has a right leaning slant. The left controls search engines, most social media, most all media, most of the message these days.
