BREAKING: Donald Trump demands that the Supreme Court reject Special Counsel Jack Smith's request for them to immediately decide whether he has immunity from federal prosecution for crimes committed in office.

You can practically feel the sweat dripping off Trump's forehead with this one...

Smith has asked the court to rule on this issue far ahead of the March 4th trial in order to streamline the process.

Trump is clearly worried that the court will decide that he does NOT have some kind magical presidential immunity — because if he did it would mean presidents were literally above the law.

"The Special Counsel urges this Court to bypass those ordinary procedures, including the longstanding preference for prior consideration by at least one court of appeals, and rush to decide the issues with reckless abandon. The Court should decline that invitation at this time, for several reasons," Trump's shady attorneys whining.

We now wait to hear what the justices will decide.
