Stalking and using government services (weaponization), in order to go after political opponents is highly illegal, and the lawsuit's are going to fly regardless of it being Trump doing the suing or rather it could fall back on the checks and balances clause that encompasses rules and other such thing's that monitor and records such activities that are criminal minded in intent.

Other member's that care about such things, could then take up the torch/case and run with it in order to protect the process, and to keep it fair for all. They should sue if find out any government was used or involved in going after Trump a candidate for President of the United States.

You Democrat's have now decided that the only way for you to win, is by going after your opponent by any means necessary or possible. The involvement of Joe Biden in such a thing creates a huge conflict of interest, otherwise if he is found to be using or directing attacks against Donald Trump by way of weaponizing the government against his opponent.

It's one thing for a candidate with no affiliation or direct connection to a currently active role in government, to then hire private investigators to dig up dirt on his or her opponent, but to use government services in order to spy on an opponent, and to hurt that opponent is totally unlawful and wrong......... Somehow I think Joe and his merry band could give a chit less at this point and time in life, so it should be easy to find out just how much illegalities have been involved in all of this weaponization that has been possibly afoot during this campaign....
