The second one, the 2030 one, will not be so much about them giving a rats ace how you spend your money, but that only when you do spend it, that's when they'll want to know exactly that moment of purchase, what you purchased, and did you pay your taxes and report your purchase afterwards.

It's to them as the same as it being likened to a cake that's being eaten, and the slobs at the table are dropping crumbs like mad. Well that's what they hate, so they want to control the freedom's of the citizen's by controlling the citizen's in hopes that they stop dropping the cake crumbs.
