Again, it allowed the states to count votes. No fraud. The supreme court quite likely gave Biden PA by allowing them to commit mass election fraud and mail in fraud. The decision was 4-4... and it seems like it will decide the election as Democrats will conjure up as many ballots as they need. Quite amateurish to not revert these decisions, the supreme court undermined the integrity of the election process. The naive idiots voting for the decision won't be remembered well after the fraud spectacle.
But in any case, wouldn't it be funny if the Supreme Court ordered a re-vote in PA without the bullcrap, finally a legitimate election, and Trump would win in double digits. That would certainly be the best way to end this year on.
Of course PA has not been called, but the fact that they have now committed mass fraud in at least four other states, should convince you that it won't be any different, although is glaringly obvious because of the magnitude.
It allowed states to count votes. No fraud.
That's a lie, they allowed the State to continue to violate State law. PA law does not allow for the curing (correcting) of defective ballots, yet thousand were cured. The PA State law also says only those ballots received by election day can be counted, so far the Supremes allowed the counting of ballots received up to 3 day after election day. The Supremes shouldn't have kicked the can down the road, because they will have to revisit this case and they will have no choice but to overturn the PA supreme court and disallow those ballots. That will make the court look more political than if they had held the State to their own laws from the beginning.
.
If ballots are known by election officials to be cast contrary to State law, that IS FRAUD.

Supreme Court Rules Pennsylvania Can Count Ballots Received After Election Day
Pennsylvania Republicans had sought to block the counting of late-arriving ballots, which the state's Supreme Court had approved last month.www.npr.org
'fraid not.
If you bother to actually read the case, all the supremes did was refuse to issue a stay on the State courts order, it did however leave the door open to revisit the case, which they will. Like I said earlier, they shouldn't have kicked the can down the road.
