This was a setup if there ever was one. Scott probably going to run for Senate, calls Trump and here we have no drilling off Florida, makes Scott look like a hero. I don't doubt for one minute this was planned before hand.

It was up to the Florida Governor, and he declined. How about that Trump? Honoring state's rights is something Obama knew nothing about, even though he was a so-called "constitutional scholar."

Every governor on any coastal area is AGAINST oil drilling for obvious reasons.
It could threaten billions of dollars tourism industries.
Both R’s and D’s Governors agree.
Any state where trump will drill he’ll lose that state. Guaranteed.
