Everyone in this thread clearly doesn't understand the basics of supply and demand.
Price gouging serves a basic, and very essential purpose in a capitalist economy. It makes sure resources go where they need to go, especially when there is danger involved.
If folks like and are comfortable with shortages, by all means, outlaw price gouging.
Otherwise, let the market do it's thing.
